Astoria Senior Living and Memory Care in Omaha is excited to debut a new memory care neighborhood. Via Verde at Astoria will open at the end of April 2024. Featuring both private and companion suites, the neighborhood features an abundance of common spaces, including a resident kitchen and activity area, a large dining room, on-site fitness equipment, in-house PT/OT and much more. Residents will be encouraged to utilize every inch of the full neighborhood, and vibrant activities will occur each day.
Via Verde complements Astoria’s original memory care neighborhood, The Villa. The Villa provides a smaller, more intimate environment for those with memory loss due to all types of dementia. Residents of The Villa will have the ability to also spend time in Via Verde, especially to participate in larger group activities.
As a special celebration, we’re offering move-in incentives worth up to $9,000 to those who deposit on a private or companion suite at Via Verde by no later than May 31, 2024, and take financial possession or move before June 15, 2024.*
