Interim Director/Director of Operations

Becky Langdon
Senior Living Consultant

Lucia Osorio
Lucia joined Astoria’s team as our Senior Living Consultant in January. She enjoys getting to know our residents and helping them find the perfect place for them. Before joining Astoria Senior Living, she was part of a Jewish Senior Living in Palo Alto, CA, for seven years as the Director of Resident Services; she was also the Director of Sales and Marketing for SRG in Daly City, CA, for three years. Before being in Senior living, she did Property Management for Residential and Commercial Buildings in Central Valley for two years.
She chose this company because of the vision to treat people like family and the way Astoria and Agemark have the same values as her. She loves making a difference in people’s lives, especially for Seniors who need true-hearted advocates.
Maintenance Supervisor

Brian Clark
Brian Clark joined Astoria as Maintenance Supervisor in November 2022.
He worked in HVAC for two years before switching careers, and becoming a community service officer with the Stanislaus County Sheriff’s Department. Shortly following, he attended Police Academy, and graduated in 2007. After that, he worked as a police officer until July 2019 when he medically retired. During his law enforcement career he spent two years as a SWAT team operator, and received extensive training with critical incident management, crisis intervention, first aid and CPR. He received multiple letters of commendation for my actions on patrol as well as a medal for life saving measures taken during a critical incident. After my law enforcement career I worked as a legal clerk with the Stanislaus County Superior Court before coming to Astoria.
Brian and his wife, Samantha, have three children. In his spare time, he enjoys hunting, fishing, work working and exercise – particularly jujitsu and boxing.
Life Enrichment Coach

Cindy Staser
Cindy Staser has been a valued member of Team Astoria since 2010. As our community’s Life Enrichment Coach, she works to ensure physical, spiritual, social and intellectual wellness for residents by offering a variety of activities for them to enjoy.
Prior to Astoria, Cindy worked in the department of Parks and Recreation for the City of Tracy. Before that, she worked at Tracy Bowl. Cindy was also a full-time caregiver for her father prior to his passing.
Cindy values the connections she is able to create with Astoria residents and works hard to bring joy, happiness and love to their lives. She finds that by focusing on residents and going into their world, she’s able to leave her own worries behind! Cindy feels blessed for the opportunity to change the lives of our residents each day.
A long-time resident of Tracy and a graduate of Tracy High School, Cindy has two adult children and two grandchildren. In her spare time, she enjoys swimming, camping, walking, and going to concerts – especially Sammy Hagar.
